We want you to be happy. It’s that simple.

We understand that sometimes things won’t work for you. Maybe the size of you bag isn’t right; maybe the color isn’t what you thought. Don’t worry. We want you to be happy. So, if in the first 30 days after your purchase, while your bag is still in new and un-used condition, you feel the product is just not right, we will do what we can to find you the right product in exchange or take it back. It’s that simple.

 

Returns and Exchange Details:

If you purchased one of our products from Binderbag.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we will happily issue you a refund or store credit. Returned products must be in new un-used condition. Send us an email at support@binderbag.com with your order number, then we’ll issue a return authorization number and ask that you send us your bag to:
