Guaranteed for Life.  It’s that simple.

We know life can be tough on stuff, and kids are even tougher. We designed these bags to stand up to the punishment life and kids meet out everyday. If you find any defect in the materials or workmanship of our products, we will repair or replace them. It’s that simple.

Warranty Details:

If you believe your bag needs warranty repair or replacement, send us an email at support@binderbag.com with a picture of the problem and we’ll get back to you right away. If your bag qualifies under our warranty policy, all we ask is that you ship it back to us, postage paid, and we’ll replace or repair your product at our discretion. In the event that we no longer make your exact product, we will recommend a similar product for replacement. 

Damages not covered under warranty are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (e.g. discolorations, stains, or scratches) Any damage to, loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.
